Open UPS – Smart with Battery Backup & Multi-Chemistry Charging

The Open UPS is an intelligent, compact designed to deliver user-defined, regulated power from a wide input voltage, with automatic battery backup switching and advanced charging features.

Open UPS Key Features:

Intelligent UPS with USB, SMBUS (slave), and I2C (master) interfaces.
Detected as a battery in Windows with system tray support.
Input: 6–30V DC | Output: Programmable 5–24V (default 12V), 6A (10A peak)
High-efficiency synchronous buck/boost regulation, 0.25V resolution.
Multi-Chemistry Charging: Supports Li-Ion, Li-Po, LiFePO4, and Lead Acid.
Custom battery profiles and charging parameters configurable via USB.
Fuel Gauge: Monitors input/output current for accurate battery status.
Can trigger system shutdown via USB or ON/OFF pulse when battery is low.
