Ordering

Can I Pickup my order? 

Yes, you can pickup from our Perth Australia warehouse. After an order is placed, please wait for the email confirmation before coming in.

How do I check status of my order? 

Normally all the order for available items in stocks will be dispatch within 1-2 days of the order having being placed. Please ensure you check your order status directly through out website by login in to My Account ->> Order.

How Can I change an Order?

You can request for modification of your order by contacting us. Any additional payment will be required to pay after modification.

Product Availability 

IN STOCK: In stock products can be dispatch within 1-2 days of the order having being placed.

BACKORDER: Out of Stocks products can be order as backorder. ETA for these items would be a minimum of 2-4 Weeks. We suggest you to  contact us before you placed an order to get ETA or priority orders.

What shipping option do we provide?

Australian Post eParcel

eParcel generally takes 2-10 business days to delivered. Register a MyPost account for notification and other options for delivery.

Australia Post Express

Express post generally takes 2-4 business days to delivered .

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally.

I need my order urgently, do you offer express delivery?

Yes, we do express delivery service.

Warranty & Returns

How can I request a refund/return or make a warranty claim?

 Email on rma@mini-box.com.au and request a RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. Fill in the form and don’t forget to specify “Refund” or “Exchange” or any other instruction on email. Print it, include it in the package and ship it back to:

How can you will be eligible for Refund, Returns or warranty claim?

Returned product must be undamaged, clean and otherwise in new condition with all original materials or accessories and must accompanied by the original invoice.

If any component of the returned product is missing, Mini-box Australia Return procedure will be breached and may reject the entire return or chose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing components.

Mini-box Australia reserve the right to reject any returned sent without a valid RMA number or proper packaging.

Refused Orders, refused shipments are subject to 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges.
