What shipping options do we provide?
Australia Post eParcel/ express
Parcel generally takes 2-10* business days to be delivered depending on final destination.
We recommend you use this service for PO Box or if you believe your delivery address will be unattended as you will be able to collect this from your local PO.

I need my order urgently, do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, we do but need to request on sales@mini-box.com.au
Can I change my shipping address on a pending order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address as long as the order has not been dispatched.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. You’ll need to select the correct shipping address during checkout (or enter one if you haven’t done so before). Please remember to enter your building or company name if the delivery is going to a business address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
How do I track my order when its shipped?
Mini-box.com.au will automatically send your tracking numbers via email once your order has shipped out of our warehouse. These will also be updated to your online order status (My Account > My Orders).
To track your order, enter the provided consignment number in the relevant location at the related courier company website:

Note: Australia Post’s tracking only shows your parcel when it has reached the depot/post office closest to you, so do not be worried if the tracking information does not reflect any movement for a few days after dispatch.
I won’t be at home for delivery. How can I get my order?
If you believe the delivery address will be unattended when courier is scheduled to deliver then, This will ensure that your order is delivered to the Local Post Office for collection at your convenience. Please note that if your order is not collected in 10 days from the Post Office then it will be returned back to Mini-box.com.au
