DCDC-USB-200 Intelligent Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter with USB Interface
The DCDC-USB-200 is a high-power intelligent buck-boost DC-DC converter designed for advanced power management applications. It features a built-in microcontroller and USB interface, allowing precise voltage control and intelligent operation.
This DC-DC converter accepts a wide input voltage range from 6V to 34V and delivers a fully regulated output from 5V to 24V, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded electronics applications.
Adjustable Output Voltage
By default, the output is 12V regulated. The output voltage can be easily changed using onboard jumpers or via USB configuration software.

Fine voltage adjustment is available in 0.25V increments via USB, allowing precise control from 5V to 24V.
Wide Range Voltage Conversion
The DCDC-USB-200 can convert any input voltage between 6–34V to any output voltage between 5–24V, providing reliable and stable power in demanding environments.
Operating Modes
This intelligent DC-DC converter supports four configurable operating modes:
1. Dumb Mode
Operates as a standard buck-boost DC-DC converter with fixed output voltage.
2. Automotive Mode
Functions as an intelligent automotive power supply. It is ignition-aware and can send ON/OFF pulses to a motherboard. Standby power consumption is below 1mA.
3. UPS Mode
Acts as an intelligent UPS, automatically shutting down at predefined battery voltage thresholds to protect the system.
4. Script Mode
Allows custom scripts to control wake-up, sleep, and power-management sequences.
