DCDC-USB Intelligent Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter (6–34V Input, 5–24V Output)
The DCDC-USB is a high-power intelligent buck-boost DC-DC converter with an integrated microcontroller and compact design, measuring just 160 × 45 × 23 mm. It is engineered for advanced power-conversion applications requiring reliability, flexibility, and intelligent control.
This DC-DC converter supports a wide input voltage range from 6V to 34V and delivers a stable, regulated output from 5V to 24V, making it ideal for automotive, industrial, and embedded electronics systems.
Adjustable & Programmable Output Voltage
By default, the DCDC-USB provides a regulated 12V output. Output voltage can be easily adjusted using onboard jumper settings or via the USB interface for precise digital control.

Intelligent Operating Modes
The DCDC-USB features four configurable operating modes, allowing it to function as a smart power management solution:
Dumb Mode
Operates as a standard buck-boost DC-DC converter with wide input support and a fixed output voltage (default 12V or selectable 5–24V).
Automotive Mode
Functions as an intelligent automotive power supply unit (PSU). It is ignition-aware and can send ON/OFF control pulses to a motherboard. Standby power consumption is well below 1 mA, making it ideal for vehicle-based systems.
UPS Mode
Acts as an intelligent DC-DC UPS, automatically shutting down at predefined battery voltage thresholds to protect connected equipment.
Script Mode
Allows programmable power behaviour, enabling the unit to wake up, sleep, or shut down based on custom pre-programmed scripts.
