Mini-box.com.au warrants their product against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for minimum of 1 year from the date of original purchase. There will be no charge for parts and labor either replace the product or refund the purchase price of products during the warranty period. Some of the product manufactured by mini-box.com have 5 years warranty.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from the site, you may return it to us for refund, exchange or store credit.

Normally, all Returns for non-defective reasons are subject to 25% restocking fee.This fee doesn’t apply to defective product within 30 days of original purchase date. All returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label.

Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Mini-Box Australia are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping, handling, insurance and C.O.D charges are additional and non-refundable. Email on rma@mini-box.com.au and request a RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. Fill in the form and don’t forget to specify “Refund” or “Exchange” or any other instruction on email. Print it, include it in the package and ship it back to:

Returned product must be undamaged, clean and otherwise in new condition with all original materials or accessories and must accompanied by the original invoice.

If any component of the returned product is missing, Mini-box Australia Return procedure will be breached and may reject the entire return or chose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing components.

Mini-box Australia reserve the right to reject any returned sent without a valid RMA number or proper packaging.

Refused Orders, refused shipments are subject to 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges.
