Warranty and returns

Mini Box Limited Warranty
Mini Box warrants their products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a minimum of 1 year from the date of original purchase.
At its option, will at no charge for parts and labor either replace the product or refund the purchase price of product during the warranty period. Where the below icons are displayed with products the following manufacturer return to base warranty will apply from the original date of purchase. (Note invoices with correct numbers must be supplied when requesting a warranty claim)

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased from the site, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons are subject to 25% restocking fee.
This fee does not apply to defective product within 30 days of original purchase date. All returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label.

Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Mini-Box are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping, handling, insurance and C.O.D. charges are additional and non-refundable.
Email and request a RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. Fill in the form and don`t forget to specify "refund" or "exchange" or any other instructions in your email. Print it, include it in the package and ship it back to:

Please write the Return Authorization number that you will receive on the shipping box.
We cannot accept returns without an RMA number.
Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and otherwise in new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, warranties and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

If customer returns a product for refund, customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
If any component of the returned product is missing, Mini-Box`s Return Procedure will be breached and may reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
Mini Box reserves the right to reject any return sent without a valid RMA number or proper packing. Refused Orders Refused shipments are subject to a 15% cancellation fee plus Shipping and Handling charges.

Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances Mini Box`s maximum liability is limited to the price of the products sold. Mini Box shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the products it sells which exceeds this liability limit.
Mini Box shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, not for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of nusiness, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Mini Box aprides of the possibility of such claims or damages.
